Recently, I noticed something that not only put my relationship in jeopardy, by put my whole inner self confidence in jeopardy.

I am a man over fifty, and I had not dated in a long time, and unknowingly I  had the habit of just questioning everything I did, romantically. I thought about the process, the outcome and the reaction TOO much. Then, ultimately, my date pointed it out- and I began to realize, she was right. I do question myself A LOT. Not only that, my confidence went from existent to non-existent.  What should I do? I NEED HELP!
