HOW TO FALL IN LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN WHEN YOU ARE OVER 50?

HOW TO FALL IN LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN WHEN YOU ARE OVER 50?

Falling in love again is possible. Many men and women have the impression that if you have loved once, you can not love again. That assumption is completely false. You can fall in love again, even when you are over fifty, or over forty, and here’s how:

1. Open yourself up, and realize that you are still young. If you can walk, or talk- you can meet someone. Technology has come soo far, and has enabled us to meet someone just by the click of a finger.

How Much Time Should Pass Before I start Dating After a Divorce?

How Much Time Should Pass Before I start Dating After a Divorce?

Dear Sit Along,

I recently divorced about 4 months ago. It is officially official, and I want to start dating again. Do you think there is a set time a divorced woman over forty needs to wait before starting to date again? Please let me know!

Thank you! Love the posts 😉

Sarah, 49 NJ

RESPONSE:

Hi Sarah,

Dating after you are divorced can be tricky; however is there a set time you must wait? Honestly, the truth is it is different for everyone. I would recommend not jumping into things too quickly, however I would also recommend getting out there, and trying to meet new people. The 3 keys to remember after your divorce is the following:

Hi Bernard,

This is a great question. How long should you wait before you ask a recently divorced woman on a date? My answer is: honestly it depends on your relationship with her.

“I FEEL OLDER, BECAUSE HE’S OLDER” : HOW TO DATE A MAN TEN YEARS OLDER THAN YOU?

“I FEEL OLDER, BECAUSE HE’S OLDER” : HOW TO DATE A MAN TEN YEARS OLDER THAN YOU?

Dear SitAlong Blog,

I just started dating again, and I met a man who is ten years older than me. The problem is, I’m a bit hesitant to go on another date simply because I feel  older because he is older? Is that weird? Would you ever date someone ten years older?

Marliyn, 57 NJ

RESPONSE:

Hi Marilyn,

Thank you for your great question. To answer your question on whether I would date someone ten years older, my answer is YES. I would date someone ten years my senior. Even when you’re over fifty, and dating I don’t think there is an issue with dating someone older. However, you brought up a great point “I feel older because he is older”. Let’ get into this a little more.

WHY YOU SHOULD’NT SAY “YOU’RE MINE” ON VALENTINE’S DAY?

WHY YOU SHOULD’NT SAY “YOU’RE MINE” ON VALENTINE’S DAY?

Valentine’s Day is a day about love, partnership, and romance. Interestingly,a recent poll unveiled that Valentine’s Day is not about your partner BEING  all YOURS.

According to 50 women currently  in a relationship: cards, and balloons that say : “You’re Mine” sound too forward, too possessive, and feel degrading. The women say they prefer to be handed a card or balloon that says “I love You” or “You’re Beautiful”.  Susan, 53 from NH says : “Valentine’s Day is not a day for you to openly declare that your partner is YOURS, and ONLY YOURS… it’s about care, and words that show you care.”
